ကြိယာ “pronounce”

1. to say a word or phrase out loud clearly
   စာရင်းသွင်းပါ ဥပမာဝါကျများ၏ ဘာသာပြန်ချက်များနှင့် တစ်လုံးချင်းစီ၏ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်များကို ကြည့်ရှုရန်။

   She carefully pronounced each word of her speech to make sure everyone could understand her.
2. (in the passive) to have a specific sound when spoken
   The "a" in "father" is pronounced like the "a" in "car".
3. to declare someone as being something in a ceremonial way (e.g. to pronounce someone man and wife)
   The priest pronounced them man and wife, sealing their union with a smile.
4. to make a formal expert declaration (e.g. to pronounce someone dead)
   After examining the patient, the doctor pronounced him dead.
5. to make a judgment or decision in an official capacity
   After hearing all the evidence, the jury pronounced the defendant guilty.
